Control Power:

Provided by an integral dual voltage 120V control power transformer or external 120V power source.

Cooling System:

Dual voltage capability from either internal or external source. Cooling circuit is protected by fusing, circuit breakers and motor start components. Air discharge will be horizontal.

Construction:

All RH series load banks are designed to Nema 3R standards for outdoor operation.

System Digital Controls:

Integral PLC and Color Touchscreen HMI. Full Volt, Amp, Frequency, kW monitoring along with real time data acquisition.

HMI screens include Power Data, Safety, Screen Capture, Data Logging and Maintenance.

Load controls consist of kW Select, Load On, Load Apply, Load Drop and Block Loading option. Load resolution is 5kW at 240 & 480 VAC, 3 Phase 60 Hz.

Comprehensive safety features ranging from Over/Under Voltage, Current Imbalance, Over Temperature, Air Fail and a physical push button E-Stop.

Network multiple load banks from a single HMI. A USB port is included for Data download and software/ firmware updates. An ethernet port is provided to mimic the screen using free software for remote control.

Enclosure:

Heavy gauge steel with powder coat finish. RAL 7042 Color with Matt Finish Polyester Powder Coat. Hinged access doors with lockable latches.

Environmental:

High horsepower motor and proper fan blade design results in lower sound pressures when operated.

Power Connections:

Industry Standard color coded quick disconnect connectors are provided.

Resistor Elements:

ULB “Helicon” high-capacity Nichrome load elements. Elements are fully supported with stainless steel rods and high temperature refractory ceramics for quick heat discharge.

Mobility:

Unit is designed for easy transport and features high impact caster wheels, lifting eyes and forklift pockets.

Certifications:

UL & cUL Listed. Manufactured in an ISO-9001:2015 certified facility.
